Ardibahisht

The name of one of the archangels in the Zoroastrian religion. He was originally called ashavahishta, " the best righteousness." Ardibahisht represents " the blazing flame of fire, the light in luminaries, and brightness and splendor of any kind whatever, wherever it may exist" (Haug).
